James "Hondo" Geurts is a big man. Big in position, big in responsibility, and big on leadership. In today's quote, he offers his services to "hit people" in order to make space. Space which he then expects his subordinates to run through. As the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition, he has a lot of people under his charge that need this kind of support. The kind of support only a true leader can and will provide.
